60835 EXHAUST STUD DRILL PLATE

"JIMS" This tool is designed to guide and keep alignment of the included 1/4" drill bit in order to completely drill out a broken exhaust stud. Simply follow up the drilling process with a tap and you are ready to install a new exhaust stud. The main body of this tool is CNC machined from billet aluminum and has been anodized to protect the finish. A hardened drill bushing is installed to prevent the drill bit from damaging the main body. This tool can be used without removing the head on any stud with the proper frame clearance. Instructions are included. Fits all Evolution Big Twin & Sportster models and Twin Cam 88.
